Our Programs

Martial arts kids (mak)

Confidence. Discipline. Leadership.

Our Martial Arts Kids program for kids 8-14 years old is where structure meets growth. Designed for elementary and pre-teen students, MAK builds physical skills and life skills one class at a time.

In every session, kids will:

Build strength, coordination & flexibility

Practice listening, focus & follow-through

Set goals and earn belt promotions

Learn respect, self-control & perseverance

Students are encouraged to progress at their own pace while learning in a positive, motivating environment. Whether your child is new to martial arts, continuing from Tiny Tigers, or joining us from something different, this program is where confidence starts to shine.

We don’t just build martial artists. We build strong kids.

Songahm Teens & Adults

Continuing the Journey, Advancing the Art

Our Teen & Adult classes are designed for students who are already on their martial arts path. Whether continuing after youth programs or training alongside family, these sessions focus on higher-level technique, leadership, and personal growth through Songahm Taekwondo.

This program is best suited for:

  • Long-term students aging up from youth programs

  • Dedicated teens working toward black belt and beyond

  • Parents training in parallel with their children

  • Adult martial artists seeking disciplined, traditional training

Classes maintain a structured, respectful environment and are not intended as general fitness or beginner trial classes.

Open to committed students continuing their training with purpose.
